Coron & Busuanga Palawan Tours & Tour Packages

Touring: By air-conditioned vans for land travel. Most of the tours are in islands and licensed tour boats are utilized for transfers and sightseeing on bays. Life-jackets are provided per our guests on board the boat for safety. Toilet facilities are available on boat and in every destination.

Hotel Accommodation: Room sharing will depend on the guests preferences on a minimum of 2 to 3 persons per room. When you prefer quad rooms or family room please advice us during the booking period. For a small town of Coron, hotels/lodge have minimal number of rooms and so it is preferable to book early with us. 

Tour Guide: All our tours are guided with English speaking tour guides. To guarantee the quality of our tour services, we provide 1 guide for every 10 persons or less.

Meals: Buffet picnic lunch and afternoon snacks are included in the tour packages, with 1 bottle of water and soda/juice per person. Menu includes rice, 2 varieties of seafood (crab/squid/fish), 1 meat (pork/chicken) and 1 vegetable. Dinners may be included in the package as per additional element of the package. Any special meal requirements will be made on a request basis only.

Sightseeing: Permits and entrance fees and other environmental fees to places of interest as detailed on each itinerary are all included in our tour packages.

Transfers: Round trip airport and seaport transfers are already included in the package.

Tips:  Giving tips to the boatmen, drivers and tour guides are not mandatory. However, we appreciate when they hand over tips.

Other Relevant Information and Conditions

Tour Prices: Are based on costs, charges, permits and entrance fees, rates, prices and taxes as at time this  and other promotional materials were published. Should these changed, the price of the tour packages may increase. You will be properly informed.

Young Traveler 0 to 2 discount: A child under the age of 2 must be accompanied by an adult. The young traveler must be the specified age at the time of travel to be eligible for a 100 percent discount

Young Traveler 3 to 5 discount: A child 3-5 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The young traveler must be the specified age at the time of travel to be eligible for a 50 percent discount

Young Traveler 6 to 12 discount: The young traveler at this ages must be the specified age at the time of travel to be eligible for a 30 percent discount

Itinerary Variations: Calamian Islands travel and tours constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.

Extended Stays: If you have arranged with us extra night accommodation at a destination before or after your tour, please understand your stay will be at your sole expense as is the transfer from or to the airport. We can assist you in airline booking changes.

Reservations & Payment:

Calamian Islands travel and tours accepts payments through Landbank deposits, and through western union, due to non-availability of other banks within this group of islands. Your payment is not deemed made until Calamian Islands travel and tours receive it.

30 percent deposit is required 30 days prior to the tour date especially for the big group tours and during peak season to secure reservation. Full payment must be done upon arrival of the guests.

Some tours offer add-on destinations. This supplement must be paid before or upon the arrival.

Your tour reservation will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit per tour. However, tour voucher will be sent through e-mail after the full and final payment.

Calamian Islands travel and tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees:

For cancellations made more than 15 days or 15 days before the starting date of the tour, a 100% refund will be given (less any bank charges incurred).

For cancellations made 8-14 days before the starting date of the tour a 50% refund will be given (less any bank charges incurred).

There will be no refund of the deposit for cancellations made 7 days or less, before the start of the tour.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Calamian Islands travel and tours.

Refunds and Penalties:

Illness or Absenteeism: In the event of your withdrawal from a tour after commencement for reasons of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate in support of your claim. We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing.
